Shabnam Yoga
“Let your teacher be Love itself. Let us carve gems out of our hearts and let them light our path to Love.” ~ Rumi
In Persian mysticism Shabnam, meaning dew at dawn, symbolises the soft threshold between night and day, when the world is so still that awakening can gently blossom.
At Shabnam Yoga, we return to the stillness within through Hatha Yoga, using yogic breathing techniques, postures, and meditation. A homecoming to the inner teacher, Love itself, dwelling in the heart.
This is invitation to come home to your heart.

About Me
Hello, I’m Shabnam, yoga teacher, mathematician and surfer.
I was always astonished by mathematics, the language of the universe. I have been a lifelong student of yoga and I understand yoga as the language of the heart. and all of my formal teacher trainings took place over two years in the homeland of yoga, India.
I completed four teaching qualifications at the Sivananda International School of Yoga. e dove deep into all aspects of the yoga including pranayama, asana, meditation, ayurveda, vedanta, anatomy, and advanced yogic techniques. Very satisfying for my scientific brain.
What I share now is simple: yoga as a way to return to stillness, to the soft teacher that dwells in the heart: Love.
